With myRadboud, you can access your personal medical record in a secure digital environment. The myRadboud app provides access to key functionalities of myRadboud: viewing test results, medication overview, allergy overview, questionnaires, viewing messages, and sending/receiving messages to and from the treatment team, as well as managing and preparing appointments.

• myRadboud is accessible to:
• 1. patients aged 12 and older,
  2. parents of children under 12,
  3. parents of chronically incapacitated children between 12 and 18 years old,
  4. mentors/guardians of incapacitated patients over 18 years old,
  5. and other authorized individuals.

If you do not have a myRadboud account yet, you must first request one from Radboudumc. After activation, you can begin using the myRadboud app.
